Zoia Zarudneva is convinced that an anaesthesiologist is, in the first place, a doctor who carries out preanesthesia evaluation, conducts anaesthesia, and takes care of recovery. Zoia Volodymyrivna spends a lot of time studying a patient’s history, conducting an examination, and talking to the patient to find out about any chronic conditions or allergies. 

She graduated from Bukovyna State Medical Academy in Chernivtsi with a degree in medical care in 1998. In 2000, she completed her internship in anaesthesiology and intensive care at P. L. Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. In 2008, Dr. Zarudnieva had an internship in Stockholm, Sweden. She is a co-author of 5 research publications.
