In 2005, she graduated from Bogomolets National Medical University and completed her surgical internship at the National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. She has over 19 years of experience in plastic surgery and defended her PhD thesis on diastasis recti and anterior abdominal wall hernias.

Varsik is a certified GrandMaster in High Definition (HD) Lipo high-precision liposculpture and abdominoplasty techniques, and a direct mentee of the world-renowned Colombian surgeon Professor Alfredo Hoyos — the founder of high-definition liposuction and a leading global expert in body contouring. She completed his signature Total Definer training program, gaining extensive hands-on experience with advanced body contouring techniques.

She is a member of the Ukrainian Society of Plastic Surgeons (USAPS) and has experience performing surgical procedures in several European countries.

She regularly trains with leading plastic surgeons around the world and advances her qualifications in countries such as Brazil, Colombia, the USA, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Germany, the UAE, and others.

She is the official VASER trainer in Ukraine and conducts training courses and master classes for doctors, promoting safe and effective liposculpture and body-contouring techniques.

In her practice, Varsik combines deep medical expertise with a refined sense of harmony and aesthetics. Her approach is centered on achieving the most natural results with no visible signs of surgical intervention, always considering the individual features of each patient.

To ensure the best outcomes, she uses world-class premium equipment, including VASER and MicroAire systems for liposuction.

In 2023, Varsik Bykadorova received the prestigious Woman of Universe award in Dubai in the category “Plastic Surgeon of the Year.”
