Anna Leonidovna Koval is an otolaryngologist and surgeon specializing in functional nasal surgery. Her professional career combines a solid foundation in classical medicine with modern surgical techniques.

Anna Leonidovna received her medical education at Bogomolets National Medical University (2016–2022), majoring in “General Medicine.” She then completed her residency in otolaryngology at the Ukrainian Military Medical Academy, with her clinical training taking place at the military hospital of the National Military Medical Center of the General Staff. It was there that she gained experience in conservative and surgical treatment, including: FESS surgery, external nose reconstruction, rhinoplasty, eardrum repair following acoustic trauma, as well as in emergency care.

In 2023–2024, she worked as a senior laboratory assistant in the Department of Emergency Medicine while simultaneously gaining practical experience as an otolaryngologist: from 2022 to 2024 at Universum Clinic, and from 2024 to 2025 at Kyiv City Clinical Hospital No. 8.

Anna is skilled in FESS (functional endoscopic sinus surgery), septoplasty, and reconstructive procedures. She has experience with both initial cases and revision surgeries following previous procedures. Her main goal is to restore patients’ ability to breathe freely and give them a sense of self-confidence.

Anna is constantly improving her skills: she participated in the Hands-on Cadaver Course in Antalya (Turkey), underwent training in endoscopic rhinosinus surgery and reconstructive and restorative surgeries in the head and neck region, attended the Poltava Otolaryngology Forum, courses on conservative treatment of respiratory infections, and other educational programs.

Today, the doctor is actively developing her expertise in the field of plastic surgery—rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty. For her, every surgery is not only about aesthetics but also about functionality and the patient’s quality of life.
