About the doctor
Tetyana Mykolayivna’s main area of expertise is complex diagnostic cases, neurodegenerative, demyelinating and inflammatory diseases of the nervous system, Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders, cognitive impairments at various stages – from the early stages to dementia, headaches, dizziness, diseases of the peripheral nervous system, and hereditary and rare neurological disorders.
The professor pays particular attention to complex diagnostic cases requiring comprehensive analysis and modern approaches to treatment.
She is the author of over 350 scientific publications, a co-author of textbooks and monographs, and a regular speaker at Ukrainian and international scientific congresses. She is also the organiser of the annual international scientific and practical conference ‘Advances in Neurology’.
Tetyana Mykolayivna is a member of the European Academy of Neurology, the American Academy of Neurology, the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society and the Society for Neuroscience, and also heads the Ukrainian Interdisciplinary Association of Neurologists.
As the principal investigator for Ukraine in the international GP2 (Global Parkinson’s Genetics Programme), she provides Ukrainian patients with Parkinson’s disease access to state-of-the-art, world-class genetic diagnostics.
In her practice, she combines many years of clinical experience, evidence-based medicine and a personalised approach, helping patients to receive an accurate diagnosis, effective treatment and an improved quality of life.
